Which diffuser sheet is suitable for Light Guide Plate? PS75.
Which diffuser provides homogeneous surface light without hotspots? PS55, PS65 & PS75.
Can I thermoform the sheets? Yes.
What is the maximum thickness? In stock 1.5mm. Any thickness for customized diffusers. MOQ applies.
Can use the diffuser for outdoor lighting? Yes, the ones in acrylic have good anti UV properties. Also there are some models in PC with anti UV coating. PS diffusers are mainly for indoor application.
What is the effective working distance of the diffuser to eliminate the LED hotspot? It will depend on the transmittance grade and the LED ship distancing. Most of our customers use the PS75 at 3 cm distance from the LEDs.
What is the maximum length for sheets? Any length that could be practical for transportation.
Where are they made: Our diffuser sheets are manufactured in Taiwan. The same applies for the LGP sheets.

Do you have standard sizes? No. Light Guide Plate sizes depend on the ultimate design of customers. In most of the cases they are <590x590mm, or <590x1290mm.
What is the maximum size of LGP that is possible to manufacture? <3000x1500mm with laser dotting.
Which material is the LGP made from? PMMA. Also we offer in MS and PS.
Do you sell clear acrylic? Yes, in 1210x1210mm sizes. MOQ applies. Therefore our clients use them for manufacturing LGP by their own.
What is the diffuser that is the complement of LGP sheets? The PS75, and PS85, in 1.2 or 1.5 mm thickness.
What is the recommended number of light inputs? for <590x590 and <590x1290mm, it is 2 sides. Larger sizes may require 4 sides.
